  • Wolf Blass Platinum Label Shiraz 2004 750ml "The 2004 Wolf Blass Platinum Label Shiraz is a deep purple in color with lifted, spicy, fragrant aromas and notes of ripe berries and dark chocolate. The concentrated palate boasts layered flavors of blackberry, freshly ground coffee, spice and integrated oak. This is a seamless, velvety wine, rich and intense with excellent palate length and fine long tannins."

  • Wolf Blass Black Label Cab/Sauv/Shiraz 2005 750ml "Artfully smooth, polished and integrated, this sumptuous, deeply layered red has a dark, briary bouquet of v very ripe dark plums, blackberries and a hint of raisin tightly knit with new smoky, cigarboxy oak. Full to medium in weight, it's rather closed and withdrawn, holding back its substantial weight of pure dark fruit beneath some seasoned, smoked oyster-like oak. Framed by a firm but very pliant extract, its lingering core of palate-staining flavour finishes with meaty, savoury elements and a hint of minerally saltiness."

Always floral, always concentrated, always poised - Coleraine ’15 is flame-red with flashes of magenta and brilliant purple. Alive with charm, texture and energy, this is a multi-generational wine of immense cellaring potential.

  • Te Mata Colraine 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, and 6% Cabernet Franc 2013 750ml "From the depths of its saturated inky appearance, Coleraine ’13 is a commanding statement of the vintage. Its powerful attack of beautifully ripened blackberries and black plums integrates with an accompanying surge of immediate tannin which quickly becomes the focus as the wine flows across the palate."

  • Te Mata Colraine 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, and 6% Cabernet Franc 2011 750ml "Coleraine ’11 has a deep crimson colour with intense aromas of blackberry syrup, espresso, marzipan, and dried roses. • Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2013 750ml "The nose is full of blackberry fruit, opening up to elements of mocha, espresso bean and tapenade. The medium-bodied, savoury palate is gentlemanly and restrained, yet builds slowly on to the back palate, filling the mouth with dark fruit compôte, spice and a silky tar note. A touch broader-shouldered than last year’s offering, this still has all the poise and balance we expect from this reassuringly “old style” Shiraz."

  • Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2011 750ml "Deep crimson. Fragrant red cherry, redcurrant aromas with sweet fruit, dark chocolate notes. An elegant style with fresh red currant, red cherry flavours, fine sinewy, al-dente textures and underlying sweet fruit, tobacco, chinotto notes. Finishes chalky dry, minerally and long. Very much an alter ego St Henri vintage, yet still displaying the hallmarks of the Penfolds house style. Keep it for a while and it will build more generosity and fruit complexity."

  • Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2007 750ml "Deep red-purple. Earthy, meaty, savoury, developed and tertiary aromas, faintly herbal; a hint of pepper. Soft, mellow and complex in mouth, savoury, with grainy, sapid tannins. Gentle and mild, not very long but good balance and drinkability. Traces of licorice, anise and chocolate too."

  • Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2006 750ml "The color is a deep dark red. On the nose, the wine shows fragrant scents of praline and dark chocolate immediately conveyed, followed by blackberry, powdered violet & lavender (talc). Beneath, fresh green tobacco and lively spices, cold meats / pan juices fuse together. The result: a youthful, benchmark St Henri aromatic package. The entry on the mouth shows a medium-bodied and relatively 'elegant' feel. A palate stand-off / divide - Kirsch and dark fruits versus pomegranate / cranberry & dessicated Chinese plums. Cold meat flavours - corned beef or poached silverside? Powdery savoury tannins... Polished. Serve with pork, cauliflower cream, confit turnip, morcilla, fennel seed and spiced quince puree."

  • Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2006 1500ml "It has an intriguing bouquet that is cut from a different cloth to the previous two vintages. It is more floral and feminine, with dried rose petals, vanilla, liquorice and wild strawberry. The palate is silky smooth and sensual on the entry, indeed, this is a St. Henri that sets out to caress and seduce. There is a cheeky tang of salted liquorice on the finish and grippy dry tannins dominating the finish. " Neal Martin
